In a Mediaeval world where everyone thinks it’s great to be on the Great Chain of Being, one man’s unstoppable mission to bring people together through music is set against the immovable object of Lord Selfish’s demand for total obedience and a catchy tune (about total obedience). Join us on a trip, by foot, through the magical world that is Selfish Manor for stories, songs and a moral lesson on why we must always obey our social superiors. Bring your best boots! It’s going to be muddy as hell!
Selfish Tales: Selfish in Space - Part 1. In a post-scarcity universe, an intrepid team of space explorers encounter (and epitomise) scarcity of good sense, good anticipation and good music when they stomp into the middle of a civil war between Experimentalists, Avant Gardists and Improvisers. Will they manage to make a bad situation worse? A deep philosophical meditation on the nature of art, interstellar navigation and reality, with jokes. Selfish Tales is the latest emanation from The Bing Selfish Radio Show and brings you stories you never knew you wanted to hear. Expect music, including in this case, experimentalism, avant gardism and improvisationalismisticality, plus actual songs, voices, sounds and surprises. We can't tell you much more right now, or you'd just steal all our ideas and do it all yourself with a finely tuned grant application.
